Listen to her. The soft humming subconsciously made when lost in thought. The rapid air expelling her body after a long days work. The contagious laughter erupting from the core of her soul. The fear of the unknown weighing her eyes down. What is she telling you? What does your vessel say as you navigate your day to day? Listen to her. She speakths ever so softly. The twitch of your foot 🦶🏾when painful memories flood your thoughts. Or maybe the thud of your heart 🫀against the cavity wall as you enter a new chapter. She is strong…beautiful…mesmerizing even. Listen to her. There will come a day the tides 🌊shall shift. The thoughts will change. The triggers won’t be the same. I want you so desperately to be present for that moment. Evolutionary evolvement begins with the mind 🧘🏾♀️…I have to ➡️no I choose too. This life is not living me for I am actively deciding to live life. The clench of your jaw as you concentrate. The slight deepening of your brow 🤨as you sow a new sense of passion and thread away the things that no longer serve me. Remove those rose 🌹colored lenses. Replace them with your new found reality🖼️. Allow the mind, body, spirit and soul to connect 4. Simply listen.
